Grilled cheese with bacon and a mayo spread

This recipe is one for you to indulge in. Forget about your diet and let your taste buds enjoy themselves. I suggest a white wine with this sandwich and a light salad.

You can safely eat this grilled cheese for there’s no Jesus in it!!!

Ingredients:
2 bread slices
2 slices of gruyère cheese
2 slices of bacon
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of sriracha sauce
1/4 cup of mayo
1 tbsp of mustard
2 tbsp of butter

Let’s get started!!!

First get the mayo spread ready. Grate the parmesan cheese. And then, mix mayo, sriracha, mustard and pramesan cheese together. Next cook the bacon, however you prefer it. I love my bacon crispy. Spread the mayo mixture on each slice of bread. Put the slices of cheese in there. Normally, I put cheese slices on each slice of the bread, but for this recipe I thought it would be too over the top. Put in the cooked bacon.

In a skillet, on low flame, add in one tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Once the butter has melted, place the sandwich in the skillet and let it cook for about three minutes (low flame). When the first side is done, add another tablespoon of butter in the skillet and place the sandwich back in the skillet on the other side. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and then your sandwich will be ready. If everything went right, the cheese should be melted.

Serve warm
