Sautéed kale

Very easy and simple side dish to do. Kale is among the most nutrients dense food on the planet. Get into the habit of adding more vegetables to your meals.

Here’s a new recipe to KALE you own

Ingredients:
1 bundle of kale
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of chili powder (optional)
2 tbsp of butter
4-5 garlic cloves
Sesame seeds to sprinkle

Let’s get started!!!

Before starting to cook with the kale, give the leaves a thorough bath, and wash each leaf meticulously. Next, separate the leaves from the stems. Once the kale has been taken care of, start melting the butter. Add the minced garlic and let it cook in the butter for a minute. After that add in the kale and let it cook for about three minutes. Add in the spices and let it cook some more until you’re satisfied. It was another five minutes for me. Kale will cook down, but not as much as spinach. Sprinkle some sesame seeds when it’s done.

Serve warm.
