Try this fruity and refreshing drink whether for breakfast or as dessert. The ginger adds a nice punch to the drink. But after drinking it I realized that fresh ginger would have been so much better.

Get your greens in!!!

Ingredients:
9-10 kiwis
1 green apple
1 tsp of powdered ginger or a bit of fresh ginger
1 cup of coconut water

Let’s get started!

Peel and dice the kiwis and the apple. Freeze them in a single layer. About one hour. Once the are frozen, add them to a blender, add the ginger, pour in the coconut water and blend until smooth.

Serve cold.
