Soursop popsicle

Spread the love

Soursop is a green skin fruit, with white flesh and black seeds. Unlike the English name it is not sour at all. It is one of my favorite fruits. I’ve had some serious difficulties finding it in the US, but the pulp is easy to find at supermarkets. It’s called corrosol in my country.

What do you call soursop in your language??

Ingredients:
32 oz of soursop pulp
14 oz of condensed milk
1 tbsp of almond extract

Let’s get started!!!

This is another easy recipe to make. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s all mix together. Pour the mixture in some popsicle molds. Let it set in the freezer for at least four hours. I let mine in the freezer overnight.

To unmold, I simply put the popsicle under running warm water for five seconds, and take out the top mold.

Enjoy your treat
